20 UNDER 40 AWARDS
Challenge: Making dreams a reality – that’s what business leaders strive for, especially young ones brimming with energy and fresh ideas. When managers at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene and The Register-Guard’s blue chip business magazine decided to co-sponsor a program to honor emerging business leaders, they turned to CAWOOD to set the idea in motion.
Solution: Since 2008, we’ve handled all the details of Eugene’s 20 Under 40 awards: developing a nomination process, recruiting sponsors, setting up a panel of judges and planning the awards ceremony. The first year, we designed the logo and created a website. Now each year we spread the word through social media, update the website and produce a lifestyle video with photos of the winners. It’s always inspiring to help with this annual blue-ribbon event that spotlights our community’s rising stars.
