If you’ve taken the Strength Finders’ test, you know there are 34 themes. They naturally cluster into four domains of leadership strength: executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking. These domains help you think about how you can contribute to your team and the strengths you need to add to complement your strengths.
At the back of the book is a code that you can use to take a Strength Finders’ test, which will then be translated into a Leadership Report. It’s a great way to learn more about yourself, identify strengths that complement yours, and learn how to make your team even more effective.
