I’m excited to announce the launch of the new Trimble Outdoor Rugged website. This was a fun one. It’s not every day that we get to play with rugged computers – you can drop them, submerse them and they just don’t quit.
All fun aside, our challenge was to get inside the head of potential rugged handheld computer buyers – developers, resellers, and high-level IT executives. They all have one thing in common: their end-users work outdoors and need a reliable, compact computer that makes them more mobile and efficient for as long as possible.
On this new site, we offer a creative entry into a vast amount of information that comes from many sources, including peer discussions on the forum and the online community. The ability to compare products, make a contact and follow through on a purchase is now just a click away.
