Google updates search algorithm

In an effort to make its search results more timely, Google has updated its search algorithm. The change is expected tgoogleupdatesalgorithmo affect approximately 35% of all searches.

Calling it a “freshness algorithm,” searches may now produce minutes-old results for recent and recurring events. It will also show fresher results for topics that are often updated, like reviews of a new movie or consumer product.
