She’s as comfortable touring a construction site in a hard hat as she is facilitating a project team and keeping it focused on a common goal.

A Pinterest junkie and crafter, she’s always thinking of ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

When she’s not working, Nichole spends time with her husband Charlie and their two “kids” – Leah, a black lab/kelpie mix, who is “sweet and tomboyish” and Zeke, a rat terrier who is “border-line neurotic in the sweetest way possible.”
